Issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and dated Harare 2008, this note shows the balancing rocks, a stack of granite boulders among bushes, and is signed by Governor Gideon Gono. The back has two vignettes: palm trees above crops, and workers in a milking parlour with dairy cows. Unlike the bearer cheques it is a conventional banknote, issued in early 2008 as hyperinflation drove prices ever higher.
