Issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and dated Harare 1994, this note shows the Chiremba balancing rocks, a stack of granite boulders, with a pair of rhinoceroses in the lower corner. The back pictures the conical tower and stone walls of Great Zimbabwe, the medieval city that gave the country its name, alongside a carved Zimbabwe bird. It dates from a time when the Zimbabwe dollar was still relatively stable.
