Issued by the National Bank of Yugoslavia in 1993, this five million dinara note shows the scientist and inventor Nikola Tesla (1856 to 1943) beside the bank's monogram. The back depicts electrical discharges spreading from a sphere, alongside a hydroelectric dam, both reflecting his work on electricity and power generation. It was part of the rapid succession of high values produced during the 1993 hyperinflation.
