Issued by the National Bank of Yugoslavia and dated 1 May 1968, this note shows a young woman in a headscarf with a field of wheat behind her. The back is mainly decorative, with a large numeral inside a ring bearing the names of the six republics, and the country name Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in several languages and scripts. It followed the currency reform of 1965–66, which introduced a new dinar worth 100 old ones.
