Issued in 1945 by the Economic Bank for Istria, Rijeka and the Slovene Littoral, set up under Yugoslav military administration of the former Italian-held coastal region after the Second World War. The front shows the value within a wreath of wheat ears topped by a star, with a border of leaves and text in Croatian, Slovene and Italian. The back pictures a sailing boat with a star on its sail.
