Issued by the National Bank of Yugoslavia in 1990, following the currency reform that replaced 10,000 old dinars with one new dinar. The front shows a portrait of a girl with long hair, beside the federal coat of arms of burning torches set in a sunburst. The back carries a mosaic-like design of pixelated squares mixed with Latin and Cyrillic letters and numerals, under the heading SFR Jugoslavija.
