A 10-rouble 'kupon' note issued by the Pridnestrovian Bank of Transnistria, dated 1994, with the bank's name in Moldovan, Russian and Ukrainian. The front shows a portrait of the Russian general Alexander Suvorov, named on the note, wearing his decorations. The back shows the government building in Tiraspol framed by trees. Suvorov founded the fortress that grew into Tiraspol in 1792, and the breakaway region has used him as a national symbol.
