Series 12 note showing King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) in military uniform beside the Garuda emblem, with the equestrian statue of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in Bangkok on the back. Issued from 1980 in large numbers, it circulated widely until the 10 baht note gave way to a coin.
