A 100 baisa note from the Central Bank of Oman, dated 1416 AH (1995). The front shows Sultan Qaboos bin Said, who ruled Oman from 1970 to 2020, in a turban, beside a falaj irrigation channel lined with date palms and the national emblem of crossed swords and a khanjar dagger. The back shows Omani wildlife: an eagle, smaller birds, a gazelle and an Arabian oryx, with a fort tower.
