A 10 denari note issued by the National Bank of Macedonia in Skopje in 1992, part of the first currency of the newly independent republic after it left Yugoslavia. The front shows the Ilinden memorial, known as the Makedonium, at Kruševo, beside the value in Cyrillic. The back shows women in traditional dress harvesting tobacco. These temporary notes were replaced by a redenominated denar in 1993.
