Back

Issued by the Bank of the Lao PDR, the front shows three women in the traditional dress of the Lao Loum, Lao Theung and Lao Soung peoples, with the That Luang stupa in Vientiane and the national emblem. The back shows a herd of cattle grazing in a rural landscape, and the note was one of the most widely circulated kip denominations of the 1990s and early 2000s.
