A Notgeld (emergency money) Serienschein voucher issued by the Sparkasse (savings bank) of Twistringen in Lower Saxony, dated 1 September 1921. The reverse, designed by G. H. Rohde and printed by G. Hunckel of Bremen, shows a figure at a straw-working frame with the verse 'Stroh und Korn des Segens Born, so Twisterland weithin bekannt', celebrating the town's renowned straw-plaiting industry.
