A Reichsbank 20,000 mark note dated 20 February 1923, printed in black on a pink and green guilloche underprint with Reichsbankdirektorium seals and Gothic script on the front, and a large ornate 20000 on the back. It was issued during the Weimar Republic's hyperinflation, when soaring prices quickly made such high denominations almost worthless.
