A Reichsbank 20 reichsmark dated 16 June 1939, signed by Walther Funk, with a young woman in Austrian costume holding edelweiss on the front and Lake Gosau below the Dachstein mountains on the back, between a woodcutter and a man sowing. It was issued after Germany annexed Austria and its design echoes the Austrian 100 schilling note of 1936.
