A 10 pesos foreign exchange certificate from the Banco Nacional de Cuba, from series B, introduced in 1985. The front shows the bank's seal with the Cuban coat of arms, a large letter B and the words 'exchange certificate' in English, Spanish and French. The back shows the Castillo de Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles de Jagua at Cienfuegos, a fortress built in 1742. Certificates like these were used by visitors in place of ordinary Cuban pesos.
