Issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus in 2000, after a redenomination that removed three zeros from the rouble. The front is given over to a large numeral 10 within guilloche patterning and the bank's name. The back shows the National Library of Belarus, the earlier building in Minsk, beside fir trees, with a square panel of traditional Belarusian ornament. Notes of this series remained in use until the further redenomination of 2016.
