Austrian Notgeld (emergency money) issued by the municipality of Vorderstoder in Upper Austria and dated 30 May 1920. One side carries the redemption text and three signatures within a stylised floral border in violet and green, and the other shows the village parish church against the peaks of the Totes Gebirge. Local notes like this were issued during the coin shortage after the First World War and were also popular with collectors of the time.
