Austrian Notgeld cash note from the market town of Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna, showing the medieval defensive tower beside the parish church framed by oak branches, with the town's 1689 market seal on the reverse. It was one of many small local emergency notes issued during the post-war coin shortage and was redeemable in December 1920.
